Return and loss conditions for the rental of powerbanks, powerstations and power lockers at festivals

1. Return guarantee:

All rented equipment (powerbanks, powerstations and power lockers) must be returned to the festival location at the end of the festival, according to the official dates of the festival organizer. Returning the equipment after the official end of the festival is not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or the demand for replacement costs in the event of loss or damage to the equipment.

2. Loss and damage policy:

• If a powerbank is lost, an amount of €15 will be retained from the deposit left.
  
• If a powerbank is damaged, an amount of €10 will be retained from the deposit.
  
• If a powerstation is lost, a replacement amount of €499 is due.
  
• In the event of damage to a powerstation, an amount of €200 will be charged for the repair or restoration.
  
• In the event of loss or damage to a power locker, individual replacement or repair costs apply, which are agreed at the time of rental.

3. Rental fee and cancellation conditions:

The rental fee for the rented equipment refers exclusively to the official event days of the festival, as determined by the organizer. A refund of the rental fee in the event of premature termination of use or non-appearance at the festival is not possible.

The rental contract can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the festival at the latest. We reserve the right to withhold a cancellation fee in the event of a later cancellation.

4. Declaration of independence:

We, the rental service, are an independent company and have no direct partnership or legal ties with the festival organizers. Any claims or disputes relating to the rental and use of our equipment should be addressed directly to us and not to the festival organizer.
